Refund policy

Camas Plant & Gift accepts exchanges for equal or lessor than original purchase within 7 days of receiving purchase. 

Please email hello@livewellcamas.com to have your exchange approved.

Return shipment must be postmarked within 7 days of approval and include tracking information. Your item(s) must be returned to Camas Plant & Gift in the original packaging and in unused condition. Please pack items properly and insur for the original retail value. Items damaged during return shipping are not refundable. Lost packages are not the responsibility of Camas Plant & Gift. Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless item is determined to be defective or damaged. 

Once your return is received and inspected, Camas Plant & Gift will send an email confirmation of your exchange. 

If any items from your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with detailed photos and description of damage. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.

LIVE PLANTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
